How I can help

I am an owner, not an agency. I built the system that runs my own service business in Gladstone and I help other owners get the same result, in three steps that each stand on their own.

Operations X-ray

A$1,900 · One week

An owner who knows the paperwork is eating the evenings but cannot see where the time actually goes.

Half a day with you, on site or on a call, walking every job from the first phone call to the money landing in the bank. You get a written map of how work, money and paperwork really move through your business, the three changes worth making first, and a costed roadmap.

What you get

  • A one-page map of how a job moves through your business today: quote, schedule, dispatch, invoice, payment, books
  • The three changes worth making first, each with what it costs and what it saves
  • A costed roadmap for the next six months, in plain language
  • The fee is credited in full against a Modernisation Sprint booked within 60 days

Modernisation Sprint

A$9k–25k · Four to eight weeks

A service business with contractors, recurring work or a monthly invoicing pile that wants the whole loop run by systems, not by the owner at night.

Quoting, scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and the books moved onto an AI-driven stack: a Biloh tenant where it fits, or your existing tools connected to an AI assistant. Your data migrated, your people shown how, and the first month run alongside you.

What you get

  • The stack built and configured around how your business actually works
  • Your clients, sites, contractors and open work migrated in, checked, and reconciled
  • Your people trained on the phone they already carry, with written guides they keep
  • The first month-end closed together, so the books are right before you are on your own
  • Quoted after the X-ray, fixed before the first day

Operations partner

A$2,500–4,000 a month · Ongoing, month to month

An owner who wants a part-time technology lead in the business without hiring one.

I watch the systems, fix what breaks, add what you ask for, and close the loop with your accountant every month. You get someone who runs a business on the same tools answering the phone when something is wrong.

What you get

  • A monthly operations review: what ran, what broke, what to change next
  • Fixes and small builds included, larger ones quoted before they start
  • Month-end and BAS support with your accountant
  • Same-business-day response on anything that stops work

How it works

  1. Step 1

    A call

Thirty minutes. You tell me how the business runs; I tell you whether I can help.

  2. Step 2

    The X-ray

A week. I map how work, money and paperwork actually move and hand you a costed roadmap.

  3. Step 3

    The Sprint

Four to eight weeks. The loop moved onto systems, your data in, your people trained, the first month closed together.

  4. Step 4

    The partner

Month to month, if you want someone watching the systems after that.

Straight answers

Do I have to move to your software?

No. Biloh is what I put a business on when it fits, and it often does for service businesses with contractors and recurring work. If your existing tools are the right ones, the Sprint connects them to an AI assistant instead.

Do you write the code yourself?

No, and I will not pretend otherwise. I direct AI agents that build and test the systems, the same way I built my own. What you get is the outcome, the documentation, and someone who runs a business on the result.

Where are you, and where do you work?

Regional Queensland. The X-ray is best done on site, and I travel for it. Everything after that runs on the phone and the screen you already have, anywhere in Australia.

What does it cost?

The bands are on this page. The X-ray is a fixed price. The Sprint is quoted after the X-ray and fixed before day one. The partner retainer is month to month.

Not sure which step fits?

Book the call. If the honest answer is that you do not need me, I will say so.
